  Raymond Mill Overview

  Raymond Mill (or raymond grinding machine) is a kind of grinding machine which is widely used to grind non-flammable and non-explosive materials like barite, calcite, potash feldspar, dolomite, gypsum, talcum, mica, marble, limestone, kaolin, clay, coal etc. The raw materials should be below scale 7 Moth's hardness. The fineness of the finished product can be adjusted from 100 to 425 mesh (35micron) according to requirements.

• Raymond Mill application

  Raymond mill is mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in industries of metallurgy, construction, chemistry, and mining etc. It can produce powder from more than 280 kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity below 6%, such as barite, limestone, quartz, calcite, granite, porcelain clay, basalt, gypsum etc. The final size is between 613micron and 440 micron(0.613mm—0.044mm).

• Raymond Mill Working Principle

  First material should be crushed into the desired size by Jaw Crusher, and delivered to the Silo by Bucket Elevator. Our Designed Vibrating Feeder will feed the material into the grinding room. With the air current from the Air Blower, those powder conforms to the fineness degree will be blew into the cyclone collector and those powder that is not consistent with the desired size will return to the grinding room to be re-ground. The whole system is airtight circulation, and the circulatory flow under the negative pressure.
